My interest in the Caffey tragedy

It was late October last year (2017) that I was sitting in a sleepout near Greymouth (New Zealand) channel surfing with the remote checking to see what was on that is worth watching. I came across the Criminal Investigation channel featuring Erin Caffey. The presenter of the programme was Piere's Morgan.  I watched and became quite interested that I left it on that channel. The very next day, I wrote a letter to Erin askibg her if she wanted to be penfriends with me. It was also the start of a letter writing campaign to help Erin because somethings did not make sense to me. I believe that just sending a 16-year-old to prison for her life is a cop out. People do change and turn their lives around.

I have written to all four participants of this crime and every other person or organisation that has been connected to it and at the time of writing have only heard from Erin herself. A very nice letter it was from Erin. She seems quite happy with her life but admits it was her unwise choices that got her there in the first place.

Often circumstances are such that people end up with company that is not ideal. It is not uncommon for people to be born into a drug and crimefree atmosphere. These are situations which are beyond the control of these people. But others end up in bad company in one way or another and in this post I am going to give some examples of how one can be controlled and how others can take advantage of this. There is a link between desires and fears. They basically feed off one another. An addict who desires drugs has the fear of not being supplied with drugs. Almost Four Years

Campaign for Erin Caffey almost four years on September 2021 Written by Robert A. Stewart It has been four years since I watched a program presented by Pier Morgan. He did a series on women who are convicted of murder and the first program I watched was about a lady from Texas. Her name is Erin Caffey who at the time the program the filmed in 2014 was aged 24 but was just 16 when she committed a crime which was considered barbaric even by America's standards. For those who are unaware of the crime details you can find a video on youtube by typing in Erin Caffey into the search engine or doing a google search. After watching the program I decided to go on a letter writing campaign for Erin because I firmly believe that as barbaric as the crime seems, Erin was only 16.
