Erin Caffey a Shooting Scapegoat

Erin Caffey Shooting Scapegoat Whenever a drunk driver gets behind the wheel of an auto mobile and later kills someone, who is responsible for the deaths? The driver or its passengers? Should the passengers be charged as a party to this crime? I believe that as far as the law is concerned, the driver is solely responsible for any traffic laws which are broken and this is applicable in all countries around the world unless I am mistaken. In 2007, 16-year-old Erin Caffey's then 19-year-old boyfriend and an associate entered the home of Erin's parents and killed Erin's mother and two younger sibling brothers. Erin's Dad survived the attack. Erin and a friend stayed in a waiting car while their boyfriends carried out the attack. It was later revealed that it was all Erin's idea. That may be so but..... Isn't someone in possession of a firearm solely responsible for its use and if someone who is a minor causes death or serious injury from a f

Terry Caffey Criticism Unfair?

Unfair Criticism for Terry Caffey? Terry Caffey, the father of Erin has received a bit of criticism on social media. The criticism seems to be levelled at the money he is taking from people who luistens to his sermons. Now I do not know much about that part of his life because he and the church which he I believe pastors is hard to find on the internet. All I can say is that the financial situation with his church and its members is no different than that of say the Lakewood Church or hundreds of others in Texas. My issue with some such churches is that they burden members with guilt in order to give money to them. That is called "Manipulation by guilt" but that is not to say that Terry is doing that because as I have said, I know absolutely nothing about his financial arrangements. I understand Terry was preaching a kind of message about the dangers of hanging out with the wrong crowd after his daughter Erin's experiences. It is only hoped that the people who n

DR Phil's Interview With Erin

The Meaning of Empathy Erin Caffey appeared on the Dr Phil McGraw show when she was 21. She had been in prison since 2007 when she was 16.   He asked her some questions. One was "Were you Scared or Glad that your Dad had survived the attack"? Erin was very emotional when DR Phil interviewed her. I don't think she was in a state to answer his questions with any clarity but Erin responded, "Scared." Dr Phil then responded "Your Dad can now identify those responsible, right."? At the studio, Dr Phil was talking to Erin's Dad and told him that Erin's answer shows that she lacks empathy. It sounded as though Dr Phil had never met anyone who lacked empathy with their fellow human beings. Where has he been living all these years? Under a rock! I have met heaps of people who lack empathy and I don't get out that often. As for Erin's response to Dr Phils questioning. I don't believe that she was in any state to answer his

QUESTIONS WHICH I WOULD LIKE THE ANSWER TO

Erin Caffey Case Can anyone answer some simple questions. Can anyone answer some simple questions regarding the case which Erin Caffey was convicted of in Texas in 2007 or 2008. She was convicted of the murders of her mother & two brothers but there does some things about the case which are a bit dubious if that is the right word to use. Maybe ambiguous would be more apt. Here are the questions; 1-Did Erin ever plan to murder her two younger brothers or was this an unplanned outcome? 2-Was it the two lads who actually committed the murders who actually made the decision to dispose of Erin's brothers? 3-If Erin and the other young lady who was a party to this crime (Bobbi) did not actually intend to murder Erin's brothers then why were they ever convicted of their murders? 4-Was Erin ever given the opportunity to explain herself properly. She may have been economical with the truth with investigating officers but that does not mean that she should
