QUESTIONS WHICH I WOULD LIKE THE ANSWER TO
Erin Caffey Case
Can anyone answer some simple questions.
Can anyone answer some simple questions regarding the case which Erin
Caffey was convicted of in Texas in 2007 or 2008.
She was convicted of the murders of her mother & two brothers but there
does some things about the case which are a bit dubious if that is the right
word to use. Maybe ambiguous would be more apt.
Here are the questions;
1-Did Erin ever plan to murder her two younger brothers or was this an
unplanned outcome?
2-Was it the two lads who actually committed the murders who actually made
the decision to dispose of Erin's brothers?
3-If Erin and the other young lady who was a party to this crime (Bobbi)
did not actually intend to murder Erin's brothers then why were they ever
convicted of their murders?
4-Was Erin ever given the opportunity to explain herself properly. She may
have been economical with the truth with investigating officers but that does
not mean that she should have been made accountable for the murder of her
brothers.
If anyone is able to offer an explanation for any of these questions then
drop me a line.
